For file transfer with our team, we reiterate that we fully comprehend the security concern. Thus, we employ a secure file transfer tool. You must click and accept the request for a link generated by the software in the email we sent you, and then upload all the documents that need to be sent to our team for business purposes. Once you have uploaded the documents from your end, our software-trained team will download them all.

Cloud Based Apps

Our team has experience with all cloud-based document management platforms that can be integrated with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Workday, etc. When files are already posted to cloud-based programmes, remote employees may safely log in and complete their tasks without repeatedly downloading and uploading.

Remote Desktops

When working on desktop-based software, you can create an RDP login along with the software logins for our team. We use RDP/Citrix to connect to your computers and servers. It's the same as when you work on your servers from home or somewhere else besides your office. Our team will use RDP login to access your system, do the work, and then leave it alone. For security reasons, you can make a folder or drive for our team, and all the other folders and drives on the computer can be locked down. When files are already uploaded to cloud-based services, remote staff can log in safely and finish the work without having to download and upload files over and over again.

Time Sheets
The daily timesheet of remote employees is shared with their managers at the accounting company. We have our own timesheet software, but remote employees can also use the timesheet provided by the company for reporting.
